"I visited at least 5 other harley dealers as well as a few honda dealers before coming to smokin. i didn't think it was going to be possible to buy a harley as my first bike. just before i purchased a starter bike i didn't want, brandon and the other great people at smokin worked with me and got me on a beautiful bike that i am already obsessed with. they are by far the beast dealership in the carolinas, and i suggest if you are shopping for your first bike, or your 21st, that you stop by, they have a great selection of parts, bikes, and accessories, and i highly reccomend this dealership. i will be returning whenever i need anything!"

I had just spoken with Kerri Wall the sales manager on 12/21/09 about getting reassurance that the title to my 08 street glide would be sent to me ASAP . "Folks this dealership rocks I have visited several dealerships in the U.S. and overseas and never been treated this good they not only roll out the red carpet for me but i noticed they do the same for all the locals as well. When i contacted them looking for a Road Glide Brandon went out and found me a 09 in the color i was looking for and went and got it. After a 9 hour drive i walked in and Darren the general mgr greeted me as if he already knew me , the finance dept (Andrea) had all the paperwork ready to go and the parts dept had my parts that i asked for . the staff in my book is top notch and was well worth the 9 hour trip looking forward to go back for a visit when it warms back up."
